Our Voice Will Prevail

So cold this morning, portending the winter to come. But who would not revel in a crisp fall day that warms as the day progresses. The air fresh from a recent rain.  Leaves turning just before they fall.

If the design is sound, this phase will just fill the time remaining before the collective decisions are made. A few anomalies are expected but it is highly probable they will be inconsequential.
