"First Reader

If I ask my training mind, what background I can remember before the stroke about the item, I can recall the name of it that I have lost.

I am the first reader of what I write as posts to this log. As such, I now have another 'instrument' looking into mind of another reader - what brain links might be missing to understand the intended meaning.
