She told me it was the devil’s music, Stones - Sympathy for the Devil. Being clueless and on the radio I wondered why she listened and called in.

Be, Neil Diamond from the sound track of Seagull (Bach) reminds me of her. She loved Diamond's music and wanted me to play it for Portland.

Daughter of a preacher man and tall. Wearing hi-heels, taller than I was. Inviting voice on the phone and an intellectual delight.

Sad that she has passed away.
