Paid our dues?

"What then, might the Nash Equilibrium be for these bookends of value? Plutocrats on one end. A people united as near equals on the other. What lies between? Can the self-decribed reliable sources tell you? Will they?

On hearing this conversation, a scratchy recording from decades ago was aired in a certain imaginary space. "When the legendary songwriter said something to the effect that the sound moved him, I thought about a sound he created. The way it impressed me when I heard it for the first time. The music made the chaos of my perceived reality ... sensible. As if it were for the first time."
