Yoga After ...

I have been saying it was Warrior and Bunny told me it was Mountain. Mind scramble. She helped me remember. Our instructor learned from the late B.K.S Iyengar (pictured) in Pune. He passed away last year - at 95

Yoga over time punctuated by the major plot twist. The primary event:

Do stupid fast. Then wake up slowly ... FOR THE FIRST TIME.

Wake up to the hiding part of the brain in oneself. I don't recommend a stroke to get there but it worked for me.
