"Making better content is something almost anyone can do given the resources now available. Compensating those responsible for improving or creating useful content can no longer be based on expensive degrees or the classroom model alone. Moving toward an economy that rewards ANYONE who makes life better is wise. Learning is key, education that is not subordinated to it needs to be changed.
