Lipstick on the pig called corruption has not worked in the past. I am not expecting it to looking forward either. This is not to say that corruption does not exist outside the famed District of Columbia.
I am suggesting it has created a natural (Newtonian-like), equal and opposite reaction that presents a terrific opportunity."
