Person Brand

"The non-rich are under valued. The demand for 'person brand', it could be argued, is one of the main reasons.

"Variations on the oldest profession provide a class of interesting examples driving the desire for something better. For instance, lets take a closer look at the following."

"Its just business. The market is greed. The competitive advantage is 'fear of death' and related maladies and who will be perceived as the champions of progress in the face of this ancient reality."

"Further, some of the latest technology driven social trends are contained in a class of person-centric solutions to old challenges ..."

Defining what?

"A very high level abstraction on which there will be considerable agreement and its opposite. And likely a robust spectrum between the two for sub-classes and instances."

The word "better" as stand alone. It begs the questions, better than what? better than when? Is there a point on the horizon that represents better on two or more dimensions at infinity?

"Pull a black hole inside out."

"The subjectivity of the topic perhaps defines it best. And therein lies the keys to its growth and longevity?'

She scanned their faces wondering how each mind present was filtering and modeling the discussion. Gender, age, status, background ... for the perspectives that mattered there was a very long list of significant factors. Good for a hashing algorithm, it would seem.

On vs. Off

"… the aggregate split into two domains.

"One sees a world dominated by mandatory death and defining it in such a way as to assume that it is the overarching meaning that pervades all that is. In 'celebration' of this seemingly pragmatic view, all that contradicts it is neglected or demeaned.

"Objective.

"The other domain sees the relevant world much differently. Change is mandatory because it is based on time. Or at least sequence. Either of which may well be projection.

In it, better has meaning, emergent is potential and beauty abounds. Not because it is easy but because … it is more."

"Subjective."

Not Correct

"Who has permission to neglect your care even when they are ostensibly responsible for it?"

"Seems counter to the principles for which we have become accustomed. Wrong on so many levels. If it happens, our society would likely vote to change it ... if they could.

"Is there something about the definition of 'free market' I am missing?"

"The best abstraction of relevant history is what it predicts?"

"That's a good start. The hook is 'best'. True or not, it sets the tone.

Trial categories and the like make great specialized 'radios', hearing what is likely to contribute most to the emerging narrative.

Once a fad wears off, one can easily tell if its primary purpose had been as an emergent detector.

Motive

Felt it there ...
"Wondering into the woods to try to rebuild the salient parts of its history. Makes little to no sense if there are not highly evolved tools to grok the applicable complexity and/or some other means of comparable sophistication."

"The concept here is one of the big reason's why there is great value in Person. That individual's motive(s) catalyze the process of detecting value. Even when it is hidden by enormous complexity."

"And when the common motive of 'persons" is relatively pure and made so by technology assisted organization?"

"Meanwhile, in-kind value exchange with a selected audience. Starting with one or more 'rural' venues that happen to be populated with a certain rich kind of mind's eye."

By definition, working in 3d design requires 'dimensional' cognition. The two dimensional nature of eye perception requires some tricks to render useful objects realistically. Changing perspective as a function of time (fourth dimension) is useful in this regard.

'Person' represents an autonomous 'object' that observes sometimes with changing perspective in time or space. Camera (eye) acquires the image in two dimensions at a point in time (photo). Manipulating the camera axis and other parameters is photographer (person) behavior.

Recording snapshots over time and location serves to distinguish one operator (human) from another.

The foregoing is not to be confused with 'others' interest in tracking the authentic answer to the singular who.

Elephant? What elephant?

The thorny security problem is a big part of what impedes nearly everything else in the mobile world.

One does not have to go far to realize that we have accepted a ridiculously high tolerance for the trouble caused by person mis-identification. The trouble is compounded very quickly as a real person moves through her/his environment expecting to stay connected - across town or to another continent.

Arguably, the persons who are not recognized as authentic by their connections -- taken as a whole -- have the largest stake in a better solution. Or so it would seem. Will Us help us get there sooner?

One could ask the obvious, why are leaks so easily plugged or obscured in the transnational realm?

Trial Balloon

This model seems to work:

Massless. An idea.
• Hi value
• In the clear - public ledger
• Limited edition - mining progressively more resource intensive over time (limit in our case current population +1)
• Transactions are secure
• Owners (parties to transactions can be legitimately anonymous)
• Decentralized
• Not dependent on secrecy

Other benefits to creators: we disappear shortly after launch and have the opportunity to watch folks try to discover the identity of the designer(s).

Member Owned

"Any argument with the concept of equal ownership?"

"Why do it?"

"We'll get to that shortly.

"Consider this. If a group of individual consumers are under-represented, the economy and society are missing an opportunity to apply economies of scale to common acquisition of products and services.

"As we know, some partial solutions have flourished on the net. For example, Angie's List, Craig's List. I am sure there are more.

"The concept is probably not new, a thin and wide structure. Wide that it applies to objects of interest to persons in general. Thin in that it does not seek to disrupt the product, service or brand rapport that providers of same have with their particular subset of persons. Yet providers benefit because a large part of the public relations can be outsourced at virtually no cost.

"Generally speaking persons cooperating are better off than those who are not. If made compelling (convenient, fun, lucrative etc.), resulting accelerated membership growth produces a network effect."

"Functionally, it will be overlaid on something like this:

"Consider for purposes of discussion that there are only two members so far, Jane and John. The system extends their connection to the rest of the world by way of the device each carries which is connected to the internet as one would expect.

"The additional piece is a system of client and server software that consolidates common person related functionality that is usually added on to products and services. Terms like 'license', security, identification, password, logon, exploit, malware are common in this world that is in dear need to be upgraded.

"For that, "a different kind of we" have come."

"Does BuzzTheHill as a 'product or service' turn you off? The author of the page had to pick a type (by Facebook rule). This web based journal with the same name could, and perhaps more often does, better resemble a participant in a dialog."

Product matters ...
"Facebook now says an authentic online identity is composed of a timeline. Makes sense. Non-conflicting behavior events over time authenticates uniqueness of an identity (one and only one)."

"A product or service could be, but seldom is unique, as in an individual person. A personal connection to the rest of the world could be made so as a product AND service paired to respond to a single authentic person?"
