Welcome to better functioning organization. With more direct lines of accountability, the system is able to operate at higher efficiency by retaining heretofore lost nuance. Not to mention attracting nefarious interests exploiting its vulnerabilities for undeserved financial gain.

An exchange of information occurs, as before, but the transaction process is of much higher fidelity.
