Because negotiating is essentially adversarial activity, creative individual's, far more often than not, are ill suited for it.

"Those choosing to focus their energy on management are vulnerable to the notion that creatives are best managed by the non-creative."

"Its complicated by the substantial reality of uncalibrated egos."

Creating a better balance of power between capital and the people it serves is a doable mission as we have and will continue to show. At its core the question is, "who best decides?"

A sustainable critical mass of empowered persons would help the process a great deal. Rewarding directly their participation on a continuous basis is an appealing model. We have code-named it, Us.
