Technology Assisted Collaboration Risk

"The collaboration tools, though mature, rely heavily on Java. Some reports indicate that even Javascript code has been inserted onto user's machines through infected Java Runtime Engine on the client side. Are these to either related or, worse yet, part of the same infection vector?

"I hope I am getting it right."

"At least we can build some auto-search terms. Will this morning's meeting be a risk?"

"We sandboxed our machine as best we could. The risk is small but still significant. Fortunately, we are likely to see a breach, should one occur."
