Grok Identity (Notes)

"The generic ID function and the application of which it is an enabling part are best as two functional blocks of a larger program with limited communication.

Who: anonimized unique handle to one authentic individual.
What: quality of ID match
When: current time stamp (time of transaction)
Where: geolocation of person
Why: ID role in transaction or conversation
"

"The grok functionality, who will implement it in the identity context first? One or more of Google, Facebook, Numenta etc. or a startup? How about competing mash-ups, at least one of which is 'open' in every sense of the word?"
