Governance

"Governance is as effective as the powerful choose to make it.

"For purposes of this discussion, I would like to present several scenarios for your consideration. In all cases, it is assumed that the organization is built-to-last and grow in a sustainable way."

As the style of this group would have you expect, the discussion kept key variables generalized for as long as possible in order to discover the model's re-usable aspects.

Most important among them, the type of organization governed. Though the meeting continued for some time, it was applicable to corporations, governments, NGOs, communities and a plethora of other human endeavors.

The governing performance was highly correlated with authenticity, accountability, efficient resource allocation and utilization especially of the human kind, appropriate constraints on external influences and so on.
