Mapping Trust

"Secretly exporting fossil fuels should raise every red flag imaginable. Should it not? I simply cannot imagine a case where this could be justified given the dire circumstances evident.

"Mere corruption of a county government pales in comparison, much less a 'parenting issue. The fact that such a seemingly shallow ruse would be tried may indicate something very significant as we move forward."

"Most of the natural resources discussed here lately are land-locked to some degree or another ..."

She cued up the counterpoint narrative. Sharply contrasting views of liberty, security and the role of government. Within a few short minutes the competing arguments could expose those benefiting from a sustainable standoff. But somebody would have to be first, looking - second, motivated to take remedial action and third, believe it would bring about beneficial change.
