Testing

Hanging ... OUT
"Hopefully, in a matter of hours we'll be ready for the next test. Aspects of our timing are, to a small degree, externally dependent. If there is no discernible change in the environment in the intervening period, the test launch will occur soon after the remaining items on the list are complete. They include identification of escalation supervisors and the debrief agenda."

In many similar situations, using a bottom-up approach while escalating when appropriate to honor the systems that have been put in place has proven workable. If that effort stalls and the issue is still valid, then a top down tactic is called for.

Predictive capacity relies heavily on dynamic updates of underlying assumptions. So, we test. Frequently.

"By the way, the long sentences exhaust me too. Hope to be fixing them soon."
